While receiving the December Issue of Vogue America has been a nice but waited event, being invited to an exclusive Prada Dinner has been a complete shocking experience, but I think I just need a little practice, then I'll get used to it, too. By now it just makes my heart stop beating for the second I find myself thinking of it.

And eh, all I can say is eh, eh, eh

There's nothing else I can say.

PRADA HATERS

For all those who didn’t like Prada SS11 collection.

A lot of people came to me telling they thought the last Prada collection was awful.

You know what? That’s deeply true.

It’s prada’s strength, it’s ugliness’ beauty. But it’s much more beautiful than a lot of “nice” collections.

There are no words to explain beauty, so if you didn’t like this piece of futuristic art, stuck THIS in your forehead!

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN SS11WW

No one said or thought it would've been easy, but Sarah Burton did her homework deserving an A+. When the tragedy of Lee Alexander McQueen's death hit the fashion world, everyone (me included) thought that "there wouldn't have been any other Alexander McQueen". But what did that mean? That meant that the epic, tragic poetry of his dresses would have never been in any dress of any other designer... but what if Sarah Burton made it through?

Maybe it's because she used a lot of Alexander McQueen's designs and cuts, maybe it's because she's (after all) been his professional partner for 16 years, maybe it's because… she's one of the most talented designers on the actual scene, well… I have seen IT. I have seen that poetry, that intensity, that magic.

Even if this collection is a mix of many different emotions and colours, Sarah Burton opened a shiny window on the dark world of Alexander McQueen, without changing the drama intensity which guided Alexander McQueen's collections, just giving a more pagan feeling. She brang on what Lee started, giving her vision, without emulating but without even going too far from what we've seen so far.

You did the best that could've been made.
